Eating the seasons with a bursting heart

Food has the ability to settle feuds, heal the sick, give strength to the weak, hope to the hungry and so much more. For me, sitting around a table and sharing a meal warms the heart and reminds me of the strength in unity, community, family.

This is why I love being a chef, as chefs we have the ability to make people we don’t know feel just a little special everyday.

When I bought my farm and began to study regenerative agriculture, learning how to grow my own produce, I had no idea what was about to happen. I had no idea the produce I grew would taste the way it did and make me feel so healthy and happy. I had no idea that growing the food I cooked would inspire me as much as it has. Being able to cook with farm fresh organic produce has changed everything about the plates of food I create and the way I create them.

I would like to share with you the work behind everything we eat from seed to plate. Through seasonal recipes, stories from the farm, awesome organic produce, local producers, creative pop up events and lots of tasty food!
